Hi! I'm so sorry it has taken me for so long to reply! Unfortunately I don't have time for commissions at the moment but I've been thinking about selling this pair of stays so let me know if you're interested so I can give you more details: Brown KCI stays - front
Anyway, I can recommend Redthreaded on Etsy www.etsy.com/shop/redthreaded?… who take commissions and offers ready-made 18th century stays in several sizes, though all the sizes seem to be out of stock right now.
At the moment I use Bernina B 330 (and it's pretty great!) but I didn't have it when I made this pair of stays so this was made with a cheap sewing machine that I had borrowed and that was probably bought from a supermarket.
Thank you! I used to have acne so I'm happy with my skin now because the acne is pretty much gone. Having skin issues is one of the worst things ever. I do have some acne scars but it's not so bad and with a little make up you can't even tell. Although the acne never affected any parts under the shoulder level. Anyhow, I never get told my skin looks good so your comment was a pleasant surprise And sorry for the lateness of my reply! I'm less active on dA these days.
Your work is always so beautiful! I love how the binding is so clean, and how the design in white thread on the front really adds a lot of interest! The criss-crossing lines are something I haven't seen before--really original!
Thank you! We haven't been talking for a while.. Did you get my new msn address? There was a virus on my old account.. Hope you didn't get too many of those nasty spam messages it has been sending to people!
