Love love LOVE the embellishment you made with the stitching on the front! It adds a touch of curvy femininity to something as rigid as the corset :)

very beautiful! and very clean! what do you prefer to use as boning? I find that what is available to me is usually too wide and has to be split for the period look of the small bone channels u.u

Thank you! :) I actually wanted to try out flat reed as boning material but I wasn't able to find it in the town so I just stuck with about 5 mm wide cable ties. They're easily found in multiple sizes in hardware stores.

You have presented a very lovely creation here. Particularly beautiful is the ornamentation. I think it's a nice touch. Did you do this one by hand or machine?
